TS 420 Cutquik™

Stronger, lighter, more compact STIHL’s latest compact cut-off saw the TS 420 takes legendary performance to new levels. Easily the lowest vibration machine in its class with a staggering 40% reduction in vibration. The new TS 420 offers unparalleled air filtering performance which gives 250% better filter life than the world’s top selling cut-off saw for the last 10 years (the STIHL TS 400). This is no small feat. The extremely popular TS 400 has been regarded around the world as the ultimate cut-off saw for pro use in road & building construction. The dramatic increase in filter life for the TS 420 is achieved by a cyclonic pre-filtration which removes 80% of dust particles before reaching the main filter,
then the self-clearing pleated paper filter does the rest. This removes the need for on-site filter maintenance, and virtually eliminates daily or weekly filter cleaning. In fact the typical filter service interval is 1 year ! The very advanced and very green piston controlled stratified scavenging engine (with no reed valves) results in a startling 43% reduction of emissions of unburnt hydrocarbons. This advanced design delivers more power at a lower weight and has up to 20% lower fuel consumption than conventional 2-stroke engines. The TS 420 is compatible with the FW 20 trolley.

TS 800 Cutquik™

16” cutting excellence The new model TS 800 Cutquik™ is STIHL’s most powerful cut-off saw ever. Intelligently designed for both manual or cart-based operation, it has state-of-the-art low emission engine and antivibration system.
Its advanced, long-life cyclonic filter system achieves around 80% stage-one dust filtering, resulting in a longer operating life and extended intervals between cleaning. FW 20 Cutquik™ Cart

30 second mount and low-vibration
This cleverly designed Cutquik trolley is recommended for accurate edge cutting, precise depth cutting, or for long continuous cutting. The low vibration FW 20 cart is designed for the TS 700 and new TS 800. It features a quick mounting system which allows the TS 700/800 to be mounted in under 30 seconds without the need for special tools.
Also the fingertip depth-of-cut adjustment makes your work more accurate and comfortable than ever before.

Cutquik STIHL TS 460
The STIHL cut-off saws can be mounted on a special cart to create a handy cut-off machine. This can be used to accurately cut edges and precise cutting depths with millimeter accuracy, as well as when cutting long stretches.
The electronic ignition guarantees that the machine starts reliably and the engine runs smoothly. An integrated electronic speed limiter prevents the engine from over speeding. The switching elements in the ignition system are encapsulated to keep out all dust and water.

Even the most minute dust particles are reliably stopped by the filter system comprising a pre filter, main filter and auxiliary filter which was specially developed for the Cutquik STIHL TS 460. The relatively large surface area of the main filter ensures long maintenance intervals, particularly since the air for the carburetor is taken in at the low-dust part of the machine.

The special carburetor with "compensator" is useful supplementary feature. The compensator automatically ensures that the fuel supply is reduced in accordance with the declining air steam as the air filter becomes more and more soiled. The ratio of fuel to air in the combustion mixture remains constant, so that the engine performance declines only very slowly. The filter need not be cleaned until the engine performance has declined appreciably.
