STILETTO
The Silvan Stiletto is a new sleeker, lower profile, snag free orchard and vineyard sprayer. Purpose built to allow sprayer access to the tightest orchard and vineyard rows, the streamlined tank and inset wheels will slip through where other machines would be damaging vines or fruit laden branches. Fitted as standard with the Silvan designed and built 900mm varipitch high performance fan and a 145 l/min high pressure pump, the Stiletto has the spraying credentials to protect your crop.

ADJUSTABLE DOUBLE SIDE POLY VINEYARD CONVEYOR
The double side vineyard conveyor is designed to maximise the air output of an air blast fan when spraying a vertical canopy as in vines or some trellis grown tree crops. There is no air lost from the top of the fan as it is all directed outwards and into the canopy. The adjustable double side conveyor has features such as:

  • Brings the air stream closer to the canopy.
  • Allows the air outlet to be adjusted in width for extra air volume.
  • Maximises the air capacity of the fan for larger, denser canopies.
  • Stainless steel and poly construction.
  • 12 flip over nozzles each side allows accurate spray placement to canopy.
  • Albuz ceramic ATR jets on one side of flip over nozzles for finer spray droplets.
  • Adjustable vane in top of conveyor for smaller canopies or early season growth.

TREE TUBE
Silvan's new Tree Tube sprayer has been designed to spray tall tree crops such as Citrus, Avocados, Macadamias and Mangoes from either one or two sides. Combining both air shear nozzles and high volume adjustable jets the Tree Tube can apply high and low volume spray rates, (high volume for oils and low volume for foliar nutrients). The 16 air outlets (32 on double side machines) are individually adjustable for targeting of foliage. Full coverage is achieved with the hydraulically adjustable top pivoting arm reaching over the canopy.

Standard Features:

  • 3500 litre poly tank, with built in chemical mixer and 40 litre hand wash tank.
  • Galvanised chassis and framework, extended drawbar.
  • Glideflex axle with 11.00 x 16 wheels and tyres.
  • High capacity BP 305/20 pump. (305 l/min @ 20 bar pressure).
  • Electric on/off ball valves.

The unique features of the Tree Tube are its combination of air shear venturi outlets and high pressure, high volume nozzles enabling application of both high and low spray volumes and its hydraulically adjustable pivoting arm to reach up and even over the canopy.

TURBO TUBE 2000 LITRE
The Silvan Turbo Tube is a development of the market leading Turbomiser and has been designed to improve coverage to taller vine canopies and to completely spray two rows in one pass. The Turbo Tube's 32 individual nozzles are independently adjustable and can be opened or closed according to the growth and position of the canopy.

Features include:

  • Poly spray tank, 40 litre fresh water tank and air tubes with fully galvanised frames ensuring long life and easy cleaning of chemical residues.
  • Increased frame height for better clearance of overhead sprinklers.
  • Independent hydraulic arm fold with swing back facility on outer tubes if a post or vine is stuck.
  • A wide range of nozzle adjustments and simple calibration procedure ensures accurate application.
  • Standard electric valve controls with in cab pressure adjustment.

SLV AIR ASSIST SPRAYER
The SLV Air Assist sprayer is a directed air assist sprayer specifically developed for lighter vine canopies and is ideal for use near built up areas where machinery noise can be a problem. Using high pressure jets and air assistance through ten individually adjustable air outlets the machine can easily be set up to spray different vine canopies. By employing a 2 speed gearbox with neutral position air outputs can be matched to tractor horsepower and to stages of canopy growth. Overall lower horsepower is required so the SLV Air Assist sprayer is suited to smaller tractors.

Standard Features:

  • APS 121 high performance diaphragm pump (115 l/min @ 50 bar pressure).
  • Poly tank on galvanised frame.
  • Pentomatic or electric controls.
  • Flip over nozzles on each air tube.
  • Easy calibration with Albuz ceramic nozzles.

LONGREACH TURBOMISER
The Longreach Turbomiser has been developed to provide extra spray coverage in the hard to reach shoulder of a vine canopy. An addition to the standard vineyard head of a single row Turbomiser, the Longreach uses another pair of venturi outlets on manually folding arms to increase coverage into the top of the canopy. This gives the unit 6 multi adjustable heads located top, middle and over the row to maximise spray coverage.

Standard Features:

  • Poly tank with galvanised chassis.
  • Electric valve controls with in cab pressure adjustment.
  • Chemical mixer built in to tank, with separate 40 litre fresh water tank.

Options:

  • Glideflex suspension axle.
