1. For maximum durability and reliability, heat treated shafts are used. Plus, they're equipped with a grease nipple for added convenience.

2. Industrial quality cylinders are strictly tested to conform to John Deere standards. Testing over hundreds of thousands of cycles ensures long life and excellent performance.

3. MSL loaders are equipped with volume balanced cylinders to reduce cycle times. This is because the rod passes
through two chambers of the balanced cylinder in order to reduce the volume of oil required to fully extend the cylinder.

4. Built-in parking stands use an exclusive design to make loader removal very fast and very easy. Remove one pin and the stand falls down into position automatically. Insert the pin to lock the stand in place.

5. The dump stop helps to completely empty the bucket, so the full capacity of the bucket can be used.

6. The AutoLock System gives you easy, single latch operation. It can be mounted on either the right or left side.

7. All hydraulic connectors use flat face ORFS to seal and protect from any leakage. A large contact surface area
between the rings keeps pressure and stress on the seals within ideal operating parameters.

8. Get instantaneous response from loader controls, thanks to low friction hydraulic hoses and high flow valves. Loaders react quickly not sluggishly.

9. The attachment level indicator is easily and quickly visible from the tractor seat. You can precisely control the attachment for the most delicate of tasks or speed up everyday chores.

The floor mounted joystick can be adjusted to match all John Deere tractor transmission options. It can be used for the two function M-ICV, two function M-1CV with diverter valve or three independent functions M-ICV. Solid state electronics for auxiliary functions are sealed in a dustproof, waterproof, extremely durable enclosure.
With the three function M-ICV, up to three functions can be performed simultaneously. To activate an auxiliary function, simply pre select the 3rd, 4th or 5th function by pushing a button, then activating the front rocker switch.
With the gear switch option you can leave your hand on the loader joystick and still shift PowrQuad Plus or AutoQuad 11 transmission gears. You have complete control over the loader all the time.

LOADER CONTROL OPTIONS

There are many options for controlling the loader. The most economical is to simply use the tractor's SCVs. But for more precise control and operating comfort, you'll want an independent control valve. It leaves the tractor's SCVs free to be used for other hydraulic applications. There are three single lever joysticks available:

• The console integrated joystick
• The floor installed joystick
• The armrest integrated joystick

The front toggle control activates the third independent function; activate the 4th or 5th function by simultaneously depressing one of the thumb buttons on top of the lever. With a two independent function valve, the 3rd and 4th functions are actuated by depressing one of the two thumb buttons and moving the single lever control to the left or right.

The spring loaded safety flap prevents accidental loader movement. The operator's hand must be grasping the joystick and holding the flap out, for the loader to operate. A toggle switch at the base of the controller locks out all functions for
added safety.
