The HOWARD Swing-Plow is a new concept in cultivation where the action of the advanced design mouldboards raises, turns and fractures the tumbling soil whist providing highly effective incorporation.

By hydraulically swinging the plough beam from left to right, the soil flow across the mouldboard is reversed thereby producing an efficient reversible plough which uses half the bodies of a traditional implement with a great deal less weight, shorter length, fewer wearing parts and a lower overall cost. The new double ended mouldboards are adjustable to provide greater soil shatter and incorporation in varying conditions and are protected by shear bolts.

They utilise polymer material on the mouldboard face which due to its low coefficient of friction reduces soil adhesion and horsepower, while providing increased wear resistance in abrasive soils.

  • Low HP requirements
  • Low gross weight and centre of gravity-provides safer turning on hillsides reduces tractor linkage wear and tear.
  • Half the number of mouldboards and fewer wear parts.
  • Adjustable rake angle of the mouldboards enables inversions in varying soil types and conditions and provides control of crop residue incorporation.
  • Ideal for straw incorporation and mixing.
  • Extremely simple to set for optimum results.
  • Furrow press arm optional.
