The John Deere promise states:
"If your dissatisfied with your mower, you may bring it back to your dealer for repair, or another mower.

The provisions of the John Deere promise are:

• The John Deere promise applies during the first Thirty days of ownership by the original retail purchaser.
• The John Deere promise applies only to Residential Walk Behind and Ride on Mowers used in homeowner applications (excluding Sabre Product). The John Deere promise does not apply when Residential Products are used in applications other than homeowner.
• The John Deere promise is null and void if the product has been subjected to any neglect or abuse.
• The John Deere promise is applicable only when the product is returned to the Dealer that sold the product to the original purchaser.
• The provision of the limited warranty for new John Deere consumer products in effect at the time of retail sale to the original retail purchaser, also apply..
